That is not to say that this won't make it at a later time. There are several reasons for this, the most important being that features such as these require a ton of setup and discussion with first parties (MS/Sony/Nintendo/etc).

#TERRARIA 1.4.3.2 UPDATE#

Once we reach that point in time, we should be ready to take our attempt at Crossplay - something that we cannot yet begin to predict in terms of timing or chances for success.ĭo keep in mind that this update does *NOT* include the Texture/Language/Music Pack support from 1.4.2 at this time. Once any needed fixes are done for the 1.4.1 - 1.4.3 updates, the team will launch headlong into bringing Labor of Love to all of the non-PC platforms. but the team is standing by to make that gap as small and as fast as possible.

The team is, of course, aware that the upcoming Labor of Love update for PC will break content parity once again. Today's update will bring all currently-developed Terraria platforms up to content parity, which has been a very rare occasion. After all, if we are someday able to pull off Crossplay, this will be the way that all updates will have to work, right? I'm wondering if the issue had something to do with 1.4.3.2 or just my computer, and if the former, if anyone else has had issues with this - and, overall, how I can go about fixing this.ĮDIT: Forgot to add that, separately, I have been using tModLoader as well, but this bug happened in vanilla Terraria as of the 1.4.3.2 update.We are pleased to share that the Terraria 1.4.1 - 1.4.3 updates are now available for play on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS devices! This has been a new experience for the team - trying to release across 5 platforms at once - and we have learned a lot that we will apply moving forward to make things even more efficient.

I will mention that I've played some of those same players and worlds on another computer aside from my main desktop, and I had no issues with any update between 1.3.5.3 (when I started playing the game) and 1.4.3.1, at all.

After much tinkering, I was able to extract said players and worlds from the actual physical 'remote' folder within the Steam files, and the only thing I lost was a few worlds' worth of map data on some characters overall - but I'm still having issues with phantom worlds and players on the cloud despite the fact that I pulled everything off the cloud and physically deleted the contents of the 'remote' folder multiple times over.

So, I went to play Terraria yesterday, having learned of some of the new items in the Don't Starve Together crossover update that I hadn't seen before, and when I loaded up Steam, it surprised me with some kind of Terraria download - and when I loaded up the game, all of the players and worlds I had synced to the cloud were now inaccessible. I hope I'm as detailed as I need to be here, but bear with me if I'm missing a few details.
